Thus, at these two standards, Binh Duong has the maximum score.

Thu Dau Mot City is a class-1 urban area belonging to the province and the urban center of the province. In latest years, the city achieved good results in urban construction and development, creating the premise for the city to step by step develop "Green - Smart City"; Thus, creating the appearance of urban landscape architecture for the city towards civilization, modernization. In 2008, TDM City People's Committee approved the project of urban greenery renewal and management in Thu Dau Mot City. Huynh Pham Anh Tuan, Head of Urban and Technical Infrastructure Development Chamber under Department of Construction, said in the work of planning and adjusting zoning in urban areas, localities in the province should retain existing green spaces, while continuing to grow green areas. To TDM City, in order to increase the area of urban greenery and meet the class-1 standard, the municipal Party Committee and People's Committee approved to save a land fund from the rearrangement and relocation of provincial administrative offices to invest in the construction of parks, gardens and green spaces to increase urban green.

Urban residents, after a hard study and work day, have the need to be in harmony with nature, to exercise, to socialize and enjoy fresh air in a clean and beautiful environment. In addition, in the current development conditions, localities need high quality residential areas to attract more people everywhere coming here to work and live.
