To find solutions to improve qualifications and skills for workers

Implementing the project "Promoting lifelong learning activities for workers at enterprises", on the morning of October 22, the provincial Labor Confederation held a seminar "Promoting learning activities among officials and delegations, employees and workers ”. The seminar had nearly 100 delegates who were trade union officials, workers, and leaders of vocational training institutions in the province.

Overview of the seminar

Delegates mentioned good practices at the unit and enterprise in coordinating to create conditions for workers to improve their education, foreign languages, information technology, learning specialized classes. In addition, many enthusiastic opinions of the delegates on solutions in improving the cultural level, political theory, foreign languages, skills and skills for workers were also mentioned at the seminar.

The representative of the provincial labor union appreciated the efforts of enterprises and trade unions when creating conditions for workers and trade union members to study and work at the same time. The provincial labor union also acknowledged the comments and recommendations of the participants to supplement the plan implementation plan in the province.
