This is the activity to provide audiovisual means for poor households under Communication and Information Lack Reducing Project under the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction in the period of 2016-2020.

The giving of TVs to poor households is done with the desire to create good conditions for them to have more opportunities to update information, grasp and well implement guidelines, policies, and laws of the Party, State; at the same time, have access to information and knowledge sources in all areas of socio-economic life. Thereby, helping the poor learn and apply good economic development models and methods to better their lives.
