To limit appointments and permission for officials to go abroad

To implement Directive No. 05 / CT-TTg dated 28 Jan 2020 and Directive No. 06 / CT-TTg dated 31 Jan 2020 of the Prime Minister on prevention and control of acute respiratory infection caused by the novel Coronavirus, Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee sent a dispatch to heads of departments, agencies, unions of the province, and chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns and cities in the province on restriction of appointment and permission for officials in the province to go abroad.

Accordingly, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee proposed agencies, units and localities in the province not to appoint and allow officials, civil servants to visit, survey, learn experiences, and go on international tours at the present time until there is a new direction. Department of Foreign Affairs was assigned to assume the prime responsibility and collaborate with Provincial Party 's Organization Committee and functional branches in guiding, inspecting, urging and reminding agencies, units and localities in the province in considering the appointment or permission for civil servants going abroad.
