To pay more attention to female labor health

On July 25, at Provincial Labor Culture Center, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in collaboration with International Labor Organization to held the talk "Health-related welfare regime for female workers". More than 300 trade union officials and members of Trade Unions in Binh Duong provincial industrial parks participated in the forum.

At the forum, trade union officials and union members shared and discusses basic issues about social security, health insurance and social insurance policies for employees.  Besides, experts provided information on the responsibilities of society, trade unions, and employers for policy enforcement so that employees feel secure and work, contribute to the overall development of the business, country. 

The talk show helped employees better understand their current social security and insurance policies, thereby protecting their legitimate rights and interests in labor relations. Trade Unions will also have many solutions to protect legitimate rights and interests of workers.
