Update: 20-09-2021 | 14:37:31

On the morning of Sep 19,  Department of Education and Training of Binh Duong province presented online learning equipment to students having difficult circumstances in Thuan An City, Di An City, and Tan Uyen Town.

Accordingly, leaders of Department of Education and Training awarded 44 tablets to 12th graders, 40 desktop computers, and 50 scholarships (1 million VND each) to disadvantaged students in the aforementioned localities. These learning devices are sponsored by charity groups of Binh Duong friends, Dì út Hoàng Gia Charity Fund; scholarship awarded by Tam Tri Luc Company.

On this occasion, the Provincial Red Cross Society presented 1,500 notebooks and 150 Mid-Autumn gifts to children for Mid-Autumn Festival celebration.

These are students facing difficult circumstances, some of whom are orphans of both parents, orphans of father or mother, and others whose families have been affected by the Covid-19. Due to the prolonged pandemic, during first 2 months of the new school year, students have to study online. Meanwhile, due to difficult circumstances, many children do not have equipment to study online.

Not to let any student be left behind, Department of Education and Training called upon economic and social organizations, benefactors to donate scholarships and computers so that all students can have adequate learning conditions.

On behalf of leaders of Department of Education and Training, Dr. Nguyen Thi Nhat Hang hoped that the students would be supported with online learning equipment and scholarships to study hard and repay the love of teachers and philanthropists. The education and training branch also wishes to continue receiving the cooperation and contribution of the whole society, so that more and more disadvantaged students receive learning equipment and complete their studies well in the school year 2021- 2022.
