To publicize procedures under the jurisdiction of Department of Science and Technology

* Provincial People's Committee to publicize the amendment and supplement of notarization procedures, judicial history

 PPC issued a decision on the promulgation of the amended and supplemented administrative procedures in fields of notarization, judicial history, complaints and accusations, birth, death and marriage records, grassroots reconciliation under the management scope of Department of Justice, under the jurisdiction of commune People's committees.

Accordingly, there are 25 modified, supplemented administrative procedures; and 4 abolished administrative procedures. In particular, 19 modified, supplemented administrative procedures are under the management scope of Department of Justice (14 procedures in field of notarization, 4 procedures of judicial history, 1 procedure of complaints and accusations); 6 modified, supplemented administrative procedures (2 procedures of birth, death and marriage records, 4 procedures of grassroots reconciliation) and 4 abolished administrative procedures (in field of grassroots reconciliation) are under the jurisdiction of commune People's committees.

Regulations on 29 administrative procedures in these above fields announced in Decision No. 2687/QD-PPC dated 17th Sep 2019 are abolished. The total number of valid administrative procedures under the management scope of Department of Justice is currently 185, under the jurisdiction of district People's committees is 40, commune People's committees is 38, under the general jurisdiction is 1 procedure.

 Provincial People's Committee also issued a decision on the announcement of administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of Department of Science and Technology. Accordingly, there are 59 administrative procedures issued, including 33 administrative procedures in scientific technological area; 2 procedures in intellectual property; 7 procedures in radiation and nuclear safety; and 17 procedures in quality measurement standard; Abolished Decision No. 1213/QD-PPC on 11th May 2018, Decision No. 2790/QD-PPC on 5th Oct 2018 and Decision No. 1123/QD-PPC on 2nd May 2019 of PPC.
