Therefore, all sectors, governmental levels, and businesses have been strengthening health management, preventive surveillance and self-isolation to foreign workers.

Shang Hung Chen Company (Thuan An City) currently has more than 110 experts who are foreigners. The company has about 30 Chinese experts, who had returned to Binh Duong. Nguyen Minh Hoang, Chairman of the company's Trade Union, said: “As soon as this number of experts landed at the airport, the company isolated them within 14 days in a separate dormitory area. In addition to self-isolation, doctors and nurses of the company's medical room also make regular health checks. Currently, the health of these 30 Chinese experts is good and is still working online". However, Directors Board of the company did not be subjectively with the nCoV epidemic, together with Trade Union, boosted the communication about disease prevention and fighting among officials and workers; provided facemasks, disinfectant hand sanitizers, measure body temperature, broadcast speakers announcing how to prevent nCoV epidemic, guide employees to wash their hands properly, and keep personal hygiene.

Talking about the management of Chinese people coming back to Binh Duong for work, Nguyen Minh Tien, Chairman of Trade Union of Thong Dung Shoes Company (Thuan An City), said: "The company has more than 140 Chinese, Taiwanese experts, including 14 Chinese who returned to Binh Duong for work after Tet Holiday 2020. To realize the direction of Department of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs, provincial Labor Confederation, the company has implemented isolation, arranged a private dormitory area. In addition to the daily health checkup, the company provides immunity-boosting nutrition regimen for this number of professionals. All belongings, cups, discs of these experts only use once a day and are destroyed immediately after use".

Meanwhile, Dang Thi Hong, head of HR, Patel Company (Viet Huong 2, Ben Cat Town), said: "The company has actively canceled plane tickets of employees in Hubei Province (China), paused their return to work. In addition, foreign laborers who are working in the company, besides complying with nCoV prevention's regulations, their health is monitored by the company's medical staff daily, check body temperature 3 times a day".

At present, Chinese employees, who returned to Binh Duong for work, are isolated and under strict supervision under the guidance of medical sectors. Pham Van Tuyen, Deputy Director of Department of Labour and Invalids and Social Affairs, said: "Department of Labour-Invalids and Social Affairs collaborated with Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Planning and Investment, provincial Labor Confederation, Management Board of Provincial industrial parks, Management Board of Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park to closely manage the list of engineers, experts, foreign workers, especially the Chinese who are working in enterprises in the province or traveled to infected regions to inform the health authorities, perform follow-up, isolation when there are symptoms of the disease".

Meanwhile, grassroots trade unions actively enhance communication to companies and each employee. Luu Thi Tuyet Trinh, President of Tan Uyen Town Labor Confederation, said: "We directed grassroots trade unions to strive for early capture for timely examination and medical monitoring. To businesses using the Chinese, they must be separated upon arrival at the airport to protect themselves and the community. "

In relation to the supervision and epidemic prevention of foreign workers, Huynh Thanh Ha, Deputy Director of Health Department, said: "To foreign workers who entered and are in Binh Duong, Department of Health works closely with the relevant agencies and units to perform supervision of the suspected cases in the community, especially in industrial parks having Chinese employees, for early detection, isolation and timely handling. To suspected cases, Department of Health takes test samples, makes rapid diagnosis, and localizes. The method of supervision is an epidemiological investigation, sample all supervised cases; At the same time, organize risk assessment to propose appropriate response measures. Besides, the Department also continues to plan for the supply of medicines, chemicals, medical supplies, equipment for the prevention of the epidemic to meet the demand".
