To strengthen the management of activities of capital contribution and share purchase by foreign investors

According to Department of Planning and Investment, following the Document No. 437/SKHDT-DKKD dated March 3, 2020 of DPI on strengthening state management of investment activities in the form of capital contribution, buying shares, stakes of foreign investors, Department of Planning and Investment has sent to agencies and units a list of enterprises with foreign investors investing in the form of capital contribution, share purchase , the contributed capital to monitor and enhance the state management of enterprises investing in the above form.

Accordingly, on a quarterly basis, the Department of Planning and Investment will send a list of enterprises with foreign investors investing in the form of capital contribution, share purchase, and capital contribution to facilitate agencies and units in managing state management in order to promptly handle law violations of enterprises.
