To support Binh Duong soon fighting the epidemic off

In the past few days, dozens of medical groups, doctors, volunteer students from many provinces and cities: Hanoi, Binh Phuoc, Lam Dong, Thanh Hoa, Hai Duong, Ha Tinh, Binh Dinh... have come to Binh Duong to support the anti-epidemic work in the province. Military units of Army Corps 4 and Military Region 7 also sent thousands of soldiers to give a hand to Binh Duong at checkpoints, blockade and isolation areas. All have been work together with the Party Committee, authorities and people of Binh Duong province to soon repel the epidemic.

Many aiding delegations

Up to now, Hai Duong province has sent 529 officials, lecturers and students of Hai Duong University of Health Technology to Binh Duong province. The Ministry of Health mobilized Hai Duong delegations from Ho Chi Minh City to Binh Duong for the prevention and control of the disease. Thanh Hoa province sent nearly 50 doctors and students to Binh Duong. Binh Phuoc province has aided Binh Duong by more than 300 doctors and nurses to control the outbreak, specifically in organizing quick tests of Covid-19 for people in Tan Uyen Town, Ben Cat Town and Thu Dau Mot City.

Volunteers, nurses and doctors from other provinces come to aid Thu Dau Mot City in carrying out quick tests and F0 screening on July 31.

Besides, many delegations from other provinces: Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Binh Dinh etc. have been continuing supportive programs in Binh Duong province. Le Quang Hung, Director of Binh Dinh Provincial Department of Health, said that Binh Dinh province's medical team included more than 50 members, joined the frontline of Binh Duong to fight against the pandemic. Members of the delegation identified this as a great responsibility and obligation. Before embarking on this mission, the leader of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee praised the voluntary spirit of this team. "The Party, government and people of Binh Dinh province will do their best to support Binh Duong province with a desire to help the Party, government and people of Binh Duong province soon fight against the pandemic," said Hung.

Dau Thanh Tung, Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, said that before leaving for Binh Duong, all Thanh Hoa's doctors and nurses had been trained in professional processes, techniques and measures to prevent infection, and received two Covid-19 jabs, had a negative rapid test result for SARS-CoV-2. "I believe that with their determination and enthusiasm, the members of Thanh Hoa delegation will join hands with Binh Duong medical staff to successfully complete their assigned tasks and soon repel the epidemic," he said.

Beautiful images of volunteers

In recent days, people of Ben Cat Town have been touched by images of volunteers from Binh Phuoc province supporting residents to take rapid tests. The volunteer team of Binh Phuoc province gave a helping hand to Ben Cat town to complete the Covid-19 rapid test campaign in My Phuoc ward  Thoi Hoa ward. Nguyen Tan Hieu, Secretary of Loc Ninh District Union, said: "Despite there are plenty of works, our volunteer team have worked enthusiastically with the desire to assist Ben Cat Town in screening for Covid-19. Before coming to Binh Duong, each medical officer of Loc Ninh district knew that he would face many difficulties, hardships and dangers, but the volunteers worked selflessly with the hope to help the local community complete the anti-epidemic work".

Similarly, in Thu Dau Mot City, on the morning of July 31 and August 1, many volunteers who are doctors from other provinces and cities came to assist  Dau Mot City in carrying out Covid-19 quickly tests. The enthusiasm of volunteer medical teams warmed the hearts of Thu Dau Mot residents. Vu Dinh Tuyen, head of Hai Duong volunteer delegation, said: “When we arrived in Binh Duong, we were very happy to receive a warm welcome from local leaders and people. Although the team have been working hard until late night, all members were happy because we can help Binh Duong in the fight against the epidemic. We hope that Binh Duong province would soon control the disease and bring back the normalcy. I believe that, with a heroic revolutionary tradition, the Party, government and people of Binh Duong province will soon repel the epidemic."

The images of volunteers from other provinces and cities supporting Binh Duong are so beautiful and deeply touching. This is not only an important human resource but also a great spiritual encouragement for the Party, government and people in the province to soon win against the pandemic.

During the past few days, units of Army Corps 4 simultaneously sent their soldiers to aid Binh Duong province in the prevention and control of the Covid-19. This time, Army Corps 4 mobilized more than 500 soldiers to come to Binh Duong province.
