Unanimity for the development in Hieu Liem commune

The construction of the Party and grassroots political system in Hieu Liem commune has achieved good results. Thanks to building a clean and strong Party Committee, it has created an important premise for Hieu Liem to promote synergy and achieve positive results in socio-economic fields.

Because of the support of the people, many roads in Hieu Liem commune have become spacious, clean, and beautiful, creating motivation for socio-economic growth.

As a remote area of ​​North Tan Uyen district, socio-economic conditions are still facing many difficulties, Party Committee of Hieu Liem commune has promoted solidarity, taken advantage of potential to develop step by step. The communal Party Committee determines that it is necessary to build staff that has strong political ideology to promote the pioneering and exemplary spirit, and quickly realize the Party's resolutions.

Le Hoang Phuong, Party Secretary of Hieu Liem Commune, said that from the beginning of this year, the commune Party Committee had focused on directing action programs and plans of the District Party Committee to implement Party resolutions at all levels; quickly organize the task implementation of socio-economic, defense-security development; build political system; at the same time organize propagation and dissemination in many appropriate forms among the people, build up implementation plans in accordance with the characteristics and real situation in the locality.

In order to build a clean and strong Party Committee, Party Committee of Hieu Liem commune has focused on the implementation of Central Resolution 4 and Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo; strengthened the inspection, supervision, prevention, and combating against manifestations of political, ideological and ethical recession among Party members. To implement Directive 05, the Commune Party Committee quickly held seminars to disseminate topics, contests to tell stories about Uncle Ho, thereby creating a change in learning and following Uncle Ho by emulation movements, encouraging local socio-economic development.

Hieu Liem commune, despite many difficulties, has made remarkable changes. The commune completed the first phase of new rural construction program and is implementing the new advanced rural construction program. Mr. Phuong said, in these common achievements, in addition to the determination of the Party and government, the people also played a great role by contributing resources to the new rural construction program.

In order for the people to understand and support, the Commune Party Committee continues to direct the government, Fatherland Front, and mass organizations to promote grassroots democracy, listen to the people's thoughts and aspirations, create unanimity among the people. The commune government continues to implement well two models of "Friendly office for the people" and "Near the people, close to the grassroots". The effective implementation of the above two models has contributed to alleviating troubles for people and businesses, upholding discipline, and heightening responsibilities of public servants, creating close contact between the government and the people, businesses.

The Fatherland Front and mass organizations of the commune continued to renew contents and modes of operation to turn towards grassroots level. Therefore, the great unity bloc of the entire nation was strengthened, creating a synergy to carry out movements of cultural life, the entire people protecting the homeland security, new rural construction, and urban civilization. For instance, for the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized cities", the Party and authorities joined hands with the people to upgrade many roads for people.

Nguyen Thanh Tuan, Chairman of Hieu Liem Commune Farmers Association said, officials of Farmers' Association were close to members to learn about their thoughts and aspirations, then advised Party Committee to have timely support programs. To take advantages of citrus tree areas, the commune has recently supported farmers on production conditions such as roads and electricity, setting up VietGAP model. Thereby producing conditions for farmers here are more favorable, production efficiency is improved, contributing to the overall development of the commune. More than 60% of farmers in the commune achieved the title of excellent production and business farmer at all levels; Average income per capita of the commune reaches over VND 50 million / person / year.
