From May 23, the Youth Union of VNPT Vinaphone Binh Duong deployed the youth project of "Free sim card warranty, exchanging 4G SIM cards completely free" for Union officials, youth union members of associations, and facilities. The delegation of the Provincial Delegation of Agencies - Enterprises is using 3G Vinaphone sim cards.
