Volunteers give assistance to nearly 40,000 individuals and organizations

In 2019, provincial Public Administration Center cooperated with Student's Union to add more volunteers, train volunteer teams to ensure and improve the team's quality; advised Provincial People's Committee's Office and provincial Youth Union to issue Joint Plan No. 746 / KHLT-VPUB-TĐ dated 4 Jun 2019 on the program "Youth volunteers join hands to build an active, professional, modern and friendly public administration." in period 2019-2020.

In 2019, the total number of volunteers participating in this activity was 49. As of Nov 2019, young volunteers guided and assisted more than 40,000 individuals and organizations in instructing, submitting, taking ordinal numbers, guiding to competent authorities for administrative procedures.
