“Just like 2 times before, in order to prepare for the voting, I have carefully studied the candidates through the listing of candidates, through direct work and activities in local and follow the information on the mass media, and through the biographical lists to be able to make the exact, and appropriate choice on the next election day,” said Nhan.

And voter Le Thi Hoa, a worker working at Techtronic Industries Vietnam Co. Ltd. said through the propaganda of the mass organizations at the company and in the neighborhood about the election, and at the same time through the banners, posters, and slogans hanging around the streets, she understood more about the meaning of the election, about the rights and responsibilities of voters in the upcoming election. “I am very excited and looking forward to coming here on May 23 to hold ballots in hand to elect delegates who care for the lives of people, especially workers from other provinces and contribute to the construction of the locality,” said Hoa.

Voter Nguyen Minh Tien, Chairman of Trade Union grassroots of Thong Dung Footwear Co. Ltd. said that the election of the National Assembly Delegation and People's Councils at all levels are both the right and the obligation of each voter. By their ballots, voters elect those who are virtuous, qualified, and representative of the will and aspirations of the people. “Binh Duong is one of the provinces with strong industrial development and a large number of workers from other provinces living and working. Personally, I wish that the delegates selected in the upcoming election will continue to pay more attention to policies to improve the material and spiritual lives of workers, especially those working outside the province, helping them have a long-term commitment to working with businesses and the locality,” said Tien.

In recent days, the propaganda on the election of the 15^th National Assembly Delegation and the People's Councils deputies at all levels for the 2021-2026 tenure has been carried out in various forms in different localities in the province. This has helped voters and the people, especially those who are working outside the province, have a better understanding of their rights and obligations. In addition to organizing the dissemination of the Law on Election of the National Assembly Delegation and People's Council deputies through the mass media, loudspeakers, banners, posters, and slogans, the Election Committees at all levels in the province have closely been coordinating with departments, associations, religions, and hostel owners in propaganda and mobilization of people to well implement their rights and obligations.

Voter Nguyen Thi Hong, owner of the hostel in Tan Binh ward of Di An city, said: “After receiving legal documents related to the election sent by the local authority, I read, research and disseminate it to the workers in the accommodation. Thereby, the workers in the hostel understand the rights and obligations of the voters to the election so as to select the qualified and virtuous people to represent their will and aspirations.”

And voter Nguyen Van Son, the owner of a hostel in Phu My ward of Thu Dau Mot city, said: “I regularly spend time every day following news related to the election. I believe that the people who are introduced to the National Assembly Delegation and People's Councils at all levels are worthy this time and they will contribute to make Binh Duong province richer. Personally, I will consider selecting and electing the best delegates in the upcoming election day. For my responsibility, I also propagandize and encourage the workers in the hostel to take the election seriously and strictly by complying with the provisions of law.”

Nguyen Kim Loan, Chairman of the provincial Confederation of Labor, said to encourage voters who are union members, public employees, and voluntary labor actively participate in the election, Labor Confederation of the province continues to direct trade unions at all levels, especially grassroots colleges in the enterprise to effectively organize election propaganda to employees in various forms such as the radio system, internal radio and social networks of Zalo, Facebook, and college message boards, etc. In particular, colleges also launch emulation to strive to achieve a high rate of voters to vote correctly for members of the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels in constituencies.
