Ben Cat’s branch of VCFA established

Ben Cat town’s branch of the Vietnam-Cambodia Friendship Association (VCFA) was set up at a ceremony on December 12.

The branch includes 147 members. Nguyen Ngoc Hanh was elected as Chairman of the branch. At the ceremony, the branch approved its working regulations and orientations in the coming time.

Speaking at the ceremony, Tran Thi Kim Van, Chairwoman of the VCFA emphasized that establishing branches of the VCFA is very necessary, improving the quality of the Party and State’s foreign affairs, strengthening friendship-cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia; boosting dissemination of information about the Party, State’s guidelines for foreign affairs on the relationship between the two countries among people from all strata, thereby contributing to promoting mutual friendship flourished more.
