Di An’s 9th congress of Uncle Ho’s obedient children opens

Di An town, on May 19, held the 9^th Congress of Uncle Ho’s obedient children under the theme of “Children in Di An are dutiful, study well-Deserving to be Uncle Ho’s obedient children”, with the participation of 132 outstanding Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization (HCMYPO) members.

In the past two academic years of 2016-2017 and 2017 and 2018, the town’s HCMYPO well realized many programs, namely “The country’s young shoots-following the footsteps of the elders”, “Building up a strong HCNYPO-Together advancing to the Youth Union”, “Voluntary pink scraf-Making love come true”…The branches of the HCMYPO also organized a lot of activities following Uncle Ho’s five teachings for pupils while launching emulation movements on “flower garden for good pupils” and “young creativeness” with 400 products that were present at provincial-level “young creativeness” contest.

Under the “Lighting dreams of children in Di An” program, the town’s HCMYPO and its branches considered to reduce school fees, awarded scholarships and gifts to needy pupils with a total expense of hundreds of millions of dong. The town’s HCMYPO also honored 3 individuals winning the mementoes “For young generation” of the Youth Union Central Committee and 132 Uncle Ho’s obedient children.
