People’s satisfaction rate of administrative procedures is over 80%

That is the assessment of Provincial People's Committee 3 years after implementing Program No. 1122/CTPH-UBND-BDV on performing of governmental mass mobilization between Provincial People's Committee and Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization in 2016-2020.

Currently, 100% of provincial-level professional agencies and 8/9 district-level administrative units are applying the centralized OSS software. The software for civil servant assessment was developed to conform to the content and requirements of the people and organization’s satisfaction measuring of State administrative agencies’ services. This software was designed and installed on tablets at each transaction desk of departments, agencies, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities. After finishing administrative procedures, people are able to assess the satisfaction level of civil servants receiving administrative procedures. At present, people’s satisfaction rate reached 80% or more.
