Phu Giao District settlement rate of administrative procedures reaches 98%

Divisions of receiving administrative procedure dossiers and returning the results of Phu Giao District People's Committee received and handled 52,761 dossiers of all kinds; of which 51,722 were settled, reaching a rate of 98%; 51,355 dossiers were solved on time, accounting for 99.29%; the number of late dossiers was 367, accounting for 0.71%. Over the first 6 months of 2020 alone, there were no overdue dossiers; 1,039 dossiers are within the settlement required time. In addition, the divisions received and settled 2,838 applications through the public postal service.

The District People's Committee reviewed and systematized 294 documents; promulgated a written announcement of legal documents of People's Council; developed a draft legal document abolishing ineffective legal documents; publicized 279 administrative procedures; rechecked administrative procedures. Thereby, the district proposed amendments and supplements to 9 administrative procedures, mainly in the field of land. The District also publicized administrative procedures, forms, declaration forms, fees, address of receiving reports and petitions of individuals and organizations on administrative regulations, and people's reception schedules as prescribed at its head office; sent 367 apology letters to the people.

The District People's Committee also directed People's Committee of communes and towns to continue popularizing administrative procedures. The commune-level OSS units received 116,749 dossiers; in which 116,723 dossiers were settled ahead of and on time, reaching a rate of 99.97%.
