16 new laws are about to be amended, supplemented, and promulgated

On June 7th 2021, the Prime Minister issued Decision 889/QD-TTg on the list of legal documents that need to be amended, supplemented and promulgated. Accordingly, 16 new laws are about to be amended, supplemented, and promulgated

- Law on Land 2013.

- Law on Social Insurance 2014.

- Law on Insurance Business 2000 (amended and supplemented 2010, 2019).

- Law on Value Added Tax 2008 (amended and supplemented 2014).

- Law on Prices 2012.

- Law on management and use of state capital invested in production and business in enterprises 2014.

- Commercial Law 2005.

- Electricity Law 2004.

- Law on E-transactions 2005.

- Law on Digital Technology Industry.

- Law on E-Government.

- Employment Law 2013.

- Law on Occupational safety and hygiene 2015.

- Law on Lawyers 2006 (amended and supplemented 2012).

- Law on Real Estate Business 2014.

- Law on Housing 2014.

Decision 889/QD-TTg takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation.
