Propaganda of administrative reforms to be improved

Binh Duong provincial People’s Committee generally directed to improve propaganda of administrative reforms under its plan for communication regarding the administrative reforms and administrative procedure control, IT and implementation of one-stop-shop mechanism into resolution of administrative procedures in 2021 in the province.

Accordingly, the plan is issued with the aim of creating the spread and consensus in the society and raising awareness of officials, civil servants, employees, people and enterprises about the roles and opinions of meaning, objectives and importance of administrative procedure reform and control, information technology and implementation of the one-stop-shop mechanism in settling administrative procedures in the province with focus on propagating the results of the implementation of key tasks of the government on continuing to perform the main tasks and solutions to improve the business environment improve national competitiveness in 2021, resolutions of the government on key tasks and solutions for e-government development in 2019-2020 with a vision to 2025, reforms of handling administrative procedures through the inter-agency one-stop-shop mechanism, reception and response to feedbacks and recommendations on administrative regulations from the people, enterprises and organizations, implementation of online public services at level 3, level 4 and so on.

Binh Duong provincial People's Committee requires directors, heads of units and localities to continue to thoroughly grasp and identify communication reforming activities and control administrative procedures, information technology and the implementation of the one-stop-shop mechanism, which is one of the key, regular and continuous tasks to promote information and press release while taking advantage of the consensus of all strata of the people to improve efficiency of coordination among agencies, organizations, Fatherland Front Committees and mass organizations at all levels. Mobilization of intellectual contributions of cadres and civil servants who are directly involved in resolving administrative procedures to serve people and businesses is made along with researches and selection of diversified propaganda methods that are suitable to people's intellectual level and specific characteristics and conditions of each unit and locality. The attachment of importance to widely introduction of experiences and methods of communication, good work, advanced examples, and at the same time, the criticism of the stagnant manifestations in the process of implementing the task of reforming and controlling administrative procedures is established.
