Provincial leader welcomes delegation of Cambodian Ministry of Cults and Religion

Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee, on March 14, received a delegation of Cambodia’s Ministry of Cults and Religion, led by Him Chhem, Minister of Cambodia’s Cults and Religion.

On behalf of the delegation, Mr.Him Chhem congratulated Binh Duong on the local comprehensive socio-economic development over the past time. He wanted that through the visit, the delegation will have precious lessons, contributing to the comprehensive development of Cambodia while desiring that people of Vietnam and Cambodia will always unite in all aspects.

After informing the delegation of some remarkable results in the local socio-economic development last year, Mr.Liem stressed that Binh Duong and Cambodia’s Kratie province have so far had closed relations for common development. He also hoped that the friendship between Vietnam and Cambodia in general, Binh Duong and Cambodia’s province in particular will get better and better.

On this occasion, the two sides gave each other souvenir gifts. It is known that earlier, the delegation also paid a visit to Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park and Hoi Khanh pagoda.
