Provincial leader welcomes South African Ambassador to Vietnam

Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee, on February 22, received Kgomotso Ruth Magau, South African Ambassador to Vietnam.

On behalf of provincial leaders, Mr.Liem applauded Mrs.Kgomotso Ruth Magau’s working visit to Binh Duong while briefly introducing the local socio-economic performance. In the coming time, Binh Duong will further strive to reach stable economic growth, improve the quality of urban development and attach special importance to ensuring the quality of people’s life. The province will also give priority to promoting hi-tech, auxiliary industries and services.

He also wanted to welcome more foreign investors, including ones from South Africa and vowed that the province will create the best conditions for them to work.

At the reception, Mr.Kgomotso Ruth Magau thanked the provincial leader for his warm welcome. She spoke highly of the province’s socio-economic achievements and considered them as previous experience for localities in South Africa to follow. Today, February 23, a seminar with the participation of investors in Binh Duong and South Africa will be organized, opening up new opportunities for the two sides to boost investment cooperation.
