The Central’s inspectorate work in Binh Duong

On September 21, the Central’s inspection delegation on administrative procedure reform headed by Tran Quoc Khanh, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, visited and worked with Binh Duong province. Mai Hung Dung, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee; and leaders of provincial departments and agencies were present at the meeting.

Thanks to the attention of provincial leaders and Provincial People's Committee, administrative procedure reform in the province achieved many good results. Departments for receiving and returning dossiers from province- to grassroots-level were built comprehensively in a modern manner. Administrative procedures were open and transparent in the Internet, helped people and organizations to implement administrative procedures. The communication, systematization of legal normative documents, modernization of administrative system met integration requirements of the province. The province also attached great importance to improving the quality of human resource, especially to civil servants who directly dealt with administrative procedures for people and organizations. In general, work quality and responsibility of civil servants were heightened, creating confidence among the people.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Quoc Khanh congratulated the achievements and determination in administrative reform of Binh Duong province. The Deputy Minister suggested that Binh Duong should continue strengthening the leadership, administration and issuance of concrete plans for the implementation of administrative reform; study and give advices on administrative procedure reform indexes in line with practical situation in the province, to speed up the simplification of administrative procedures in a more flexible and effective way by timely publicizing administrative procedures; continue to renovate financial mechanism and enhance the application of information technology in administrative procedure reform.
