Activities held to celebrate Int’l Children’s Day

The Youth Union of Dong Hoa ward in Di An city, on June 1, coordinated with the ward’s Red Cross Society to organize a program “Lighting Vietnamese children’s dreams” on the International Children’s Day.

Accordingly, they offered 123 gifts worth approximately VND33.2million to the local pupils with difficult circumstances.

*On the afternoon of the same day, the Youth Union of An Binh ward teamed up with the Youth Union of Tan Dong Hiep ward in Di An city to kick off a festival for children under the theme of “Joining hands in child protection, prevention of child abuse”.

At the festival, the two units jointly gave training on skills for those who are in charge of Young Pioneer Organization branches, disseminated communication culture building among youths and child care and protection.
