According to the Trade Union of Long Yi Co. Ltd., following the direction and launching of the superior trade union, the company's trade union mobilized union members and employees to emulate achievements to celebrate the election day of the 15th National Assembly Delegation and members of the People's Council for the 2021-2026 term in association with Vietnamese Workers' Month, the focus is on emulating "Good and creative labor ", "Productivity, quality, efficiency and savings". Thereby, union members and employees responded to the exciting atmosphere through practical activities such as improving production, increasing the proportion of valuable products, strictly managing the production process, and increasing production. Specifically, the initiative to improve the abrasive machine of Nguyen Phong Trinh, a maintenance department employee, helps reduce noise, reduce dust into the air, and reduce electricity consumption but increase production productivity by 20 %. This initiative has benefited business operations, saving VND 10 million of electricity bill a month per production line, which is more than VND 150 million a year, without having to invest in purchasing new machines. Or the initiative to take advantage of the company's available materials to make a partition on the dining table at the cafeteria has helped employees feel more comfortable in the face of complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic. This is one of the solutions and initiatives to prevent the epidemic, contributing to protecting the health of employees working in the company.

Sharing the same exciting atmosphere of emulation and achievement towards the election day, at Far Eastern Apparel Vietnam Co. Ltd in Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park I, the movement of "Good and bright workers" is attracting a large number of union members and workers. Many technical innovations of employees have been applied to bring higher economic value to the enterprise. For example, the initiative to recycle waste paper from heat press machine to plasticize the cards by cold pressing by Vu Lam Phuong Duy in production department. Before it was improved, the improper placing of the card in the semi-finished bag resulted in the tags being much bent due to the bundles of semi-finished products on top of each other, making it unable to be put into the machine. At the same time, due to the nature of the order, it is necessary to transfer to external suppliers for processing, leading to a large number of damaged cards. If the card is bent, it will not be able to bypass the card scanner or card eraser, leading to waste of materials. According to statistics in 2020, the total number of damaged cards cost the company more than VND 220 million a year. After applying this initiative of Duy, the above situation was completely overcome, saving costs for the company by nearly VND 210 million a year.
