Binh Duong Customs organizes training of communication skills for customs officials

Binh Duong Customs Department organized a training course on communication skills for customs officials. The training class was held on 18 and 21 February with the participation of nearly 270 learners. 

The course content focused on a number of key issues: the science of communication; application of basic communication skills, understand yourself, understand customers... The course helped officers of Binh Duong Customs Department improve their behavior skills, handle everyday situations, listen and share ideas of colleagues and businesses, increase the confidence to communicate and get better work done. In addition, the course also fostered knowledge, cultural skills and code of conduct in the workplace to meet the requirements of reform, modernization, expansion of the model "friendly government, friendly offices".
