Charity kitchen to share difficulties during the epidemic season

On July 26, Standing Board of North Tan Uyen district Women's Union coordinated with Tan Thanh town's Mass Mobilization Board to establish a charity kitchen to share difficulties in Covid-19 prevent and control.

The kitchen is located at Cultural Center of Tan Thanh town, daily volunteers directly cooked from 250-300 free breakfasts for people and ensure food safety during meals. At the ceremony, district leaders presented a gratitude board to Nguyen Thi Tham, Director of Tan Thanh Infrastructure Development Investment Company for supporting the kitchen.

Phan Thi Ngoc Loi, Chairwoman of Women's Union of North Tan Uyen district, said: "The kitchen is organized to promptly provide daily meals for forces participating in disease prevention control, people having difficult circumstances, people in blockade and isolation areas in Tan Thanh town. The expected open time of the kitchen is from July 26 to August 10, then if the epidemic situation is still complicated and prolonged, the organizers will continue the kitchen.
