Disbursement of compensation reach nearly VND277 billion

According to provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment, over the first 9 months of 2020, the Department appraised compensation, resettlement support plans for 8 projects with a total amount of 110 billion VND; performed land acquisition of 5 units for the implementation of 5 projects with a total area of 174,192.8m2; issued land acquisition notice to 4 organizations to carry out projects. The Department promptly reported some appraisal contents to Provincial People's Committee and submitted to Provincial Land Price Appraisal Council for evaluation of 83 specific land price determination documents; participated and collaborated with other departments to evaluate land use rights, assets attached to land in the province.

Regarding compensation, support and resettlement, the Department disbursed nearly 277 billion VND (reaching 33.45% of the plan); paid compensation with total expenditure of more than 350 billion VND (capital plan for 2019-2020).
