Effectiveness of “Each organization, individual should stick to a humanitarian address” campaign upheld

Over the past time, Ben Cat town’s Red Cross Society took measures to uphold the effectiveness of the campaign of “Each organization, individual should stick to a humanitarian address” launched by the Central Committee of Vietnam Red Cross Society. The campaign absorbed the participation of numerous organizations and individuals, promoting the spirit of “mutual affection, mutual love” and joining hands in taking care of the poor.

As a result, the campaign gave direct support for the local people with extremely difficult circumstances. The town has so far had a total of 66 organizations, individuals registering to offer regular help to 142 disadvantaged people. In 2017 alone, the total value of the local Red Cross Society’s social charity activities was nearly VND270million.
