On June 5, at the provincial Convention and Exhibition Center, the provincial Labor Confederation organized a conference to implement the Labor Code 2019, Trade Union Regulation and Guidelines for the implementation of the Charter. Trade Union for Executive Committee members, Inspection Committee of the provincial Labor Confederation and all trade union full-time officials.
At the conference, Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu, Vice President of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, implemented new points of the Labor Code such as: Amending regulations on probation; form and type of labor contract; extend, re-sign labor contracts with definite expiry date; the right to unilaterally terminate the labor contract of the employee; conversation; severance pay; Retired Age; maternity regime ... Mr. Hieu also implemented new points of the Vietnam Trade Union Regulation (the twelfth term) such as: Participants in the union gathering forms; supplement rights and duties of union members, union officials, union membership cards; activities of the Audit Committee.
Through the conference, contributing to providing basic information about the new points of the Labor Code 2019 and the Vietnam Trade Union Statute to help union officials understand and master the contents during the actual implementation.
