Local healthcare sector strives to get 100% of communes, wards with doctors

This is one of targets of the province’s healthcare sector in 2019.

Under a plan on the realization of the national target program in 2019, the province will strive to reach 100% of communes meeting healthcare standards; 100% of communes, wards and townships with doctors; 99.7% of rural households in use of clean water; 95% of hygienist toilets; 100% of poor and near-poor households granted health insurance cards.

Provincial Department of Health has also asked for health centers of districts, towns and TDM city to implement concrete activities in order to gain the above-mentioned targets, contributing to fulfilling plans of provincial People’s Committee with high results.
