Nearly 2,300 enterprises hold conferences for laborers

From 2017 to September, 2019, nearly 2,300 enterprises in the province organized conferences for laborers with more than 4,500 dialogues and 1,710 valid collective labor deals.

Over the past time, province-based enterprises also disseminated the contents of the former Decree No.60/2013/ND-CP as well as the current Decree No.149/2018/ND-CP with positive results. Most of them had a responsibility to laborers, well observed labor regulations…

For laborers, they also well observed the law, working regulations of enterprises; were ardent in working, contributing to building up harmonious, stable and advanced labor relations among enterprises.
