Over 1,000 mid-autumn gifts offered to poor children

Early September 10, provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs held three delegations to visit and offer gifts to children at province-based social support centers on the occasion of the mid-autumn festival 2019.

Particularly, these delegations visited and presented 1,062 mid-autumn gifts worth nearly VND260million, extracted from provincial State budget, to 16 social support centers, including Bo De Center for Orphans and Elderly People in Thuan An town, TDM city’s Vocational Training Center for Disabled People, Ben San lepers’ hospital in Tan Uyen town, Tu Tam social support center in North Tan Uyen district, Pho Hien house for orphans in Bau Bang district…

In the visiting places, they also extended best regards to the local disadvantaged children and wished them a warm and joyful mid-autumn festival.
