Phan Chu Trinh high-secondary-primary school sums up 2017-2018 academic year

Early May 23, Phan Chu Trinh high-secondary-primary school in Di An town held a ceremony to sum up its 2017-2018 academic year. Attending the event were Truong My Hoa, former Vice State President, Chairwoman of Vu A Dinh scholarship fund, Chief of Hoang Sa-Truong Sa Club; leaders of the town’s People’s Committee together with numerous parents, pupils of the school.

In the last academic year, the school had a total of 496 pupils. As a result, there were 89, 235 and 172 pupils with excellent, moderately good and average rankings, respectively. The school also actively got involved in social charity activities, including building 2 “great unity” houses to needy people in the Mekong Delta province of An Giang; visiting and presenting 250 Tet gifts to people with difficult circumstances in Di An town…

Speaking at the ceremony, Mrs.Hoa praised the school’s teaching staff and nearly 500 pupils for their efforts in learning and teaching in the last academic year while wanting that the school will get higher achievements in the next academic year.

In the last academic year, the school step by step improved its quality of learning and teaching with qualified teaching staff. The rate of pupils moving up classes was 99%. There were also 36 teachers winning the “school-level good teacher” title; 14 with the “city-level good teacher” title…
