Province-based Ips’Trade Union protects laborers’ legitimate rights and interests

Province-based Industrial Parks (Ips)’Trade Union has just forwarded a conference to review its activities in 2018 and define tasks for 2019.

Accordingly, major tasks to be implemented by the Trade Union in 2019 are to further promote enterprises to inform laborers of wage and bonus policies; build mass labor deals; take care of, protect laborers’ legitimate rights and interests…

The Trade Union now has a total of 405 trade union locals with more than 145,000 members. Last year, the Trade Union well realized a task of taking care of and protecting laborers’ legitimate rights and interests. There were 392 out of 405 with trade union locals building working regulations; 202 out of 405 enterprises with mass labor deals…

On this occasion, the Trade Union also launched the emulation movement 2018 among laborers with the content of “Working well, working creatively” in association with the movements of “Solidarity, creation to improve productivity, quality, effectiveness for international integration”, “Innovation, creation and effectiveness”, “Good at workplace, responsible to housework”, “Strengthening dialogues at workplace”…
