Provincial Literature-Arts Association meets in early year

A get-together for members of provincial Literature and Arts Association took place at the Hall A of TDM city’s People’s Committee on the morning of February 17. Attending the event were Le Huu Phuoc, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Propaganda and Education; Dang Minh Hung, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee.

The association last year reached considerable achievements. So far, it has constantly developed with 378 members. Their works have been put on Binh Duong Arts Magazine and at exhibitions in and out of the province.

Speaking at the get-together, Mr.Hung spoke highly of the efforts by members of the association over the past time. He believed that they will reach stronger development in the coming time, showing their responsibility and voluntary role on the ideological front, contributing to building up fine cultural lifestyle and upholding the traditional values of Binh Duong’s land and people in the international integration period. He also called for them to raise their awareness, try harder to make works with high values of art at the spiritual cultural demand of people from all strata.
