Researches on solutions to improve the quality of labor resources approved

According to the Department of Science and Technology, the provincial Council for Science and Technology has approved the project "Solutions to improve the quality of labor resources associated with job creation and vocational training based on the labor market. Binh Duong province until 2025, vision to 2030” is chaired by Dr. Bui Ton Hien and chaired by the University of Labor and Social Affairs.

The content of the thesis gives an overview of the theoretical basis on improving the quality of labor resources associated with job creation and vocational training according to the labor market in the new context of the 4^th industrial revolution; analyze and assess the situation and propose solutions to improve the quality of labor resources associated with job creation and vocational training according to the labor market in Binh Duong province until 2025, with a vision to 2030. Accordingly, there are 3 important groups of content to improve the quality of labor resources, which are to train more and better of the formal vocational training system; must focus more on connecting, combining training and use needs of enterprises and stronger business roles in training and self-training; At the same time, it is necessary to develop the healthy connection between supply and demand in the labor market to improve the quality of labor resources;

The project proposes to develop feasible solutions to ensure the quality of labor resources to meet labor market requirements in the process of developing smart cities, at the threshold of the 4^th industrial revolution in Binh Duong.
