Subjects of priority for Covid-19 vaccination reviewed and listed

Binh Duong provincial Department of Health has just sent an official dispatch to the concerned agencies and health units to review and list up the priority subjects of Covid-19 vaccination under the direction of the Department of Preventive Medicine under Ministry of Health. Accordingly, to deploy the vaccination of Covid-19 in 2021, Ministry of Health has received 117,000 doses of Covid-19 vaccine. To prepare for the vaccination of the subjects for the time to come, Binh Duong provincial Department of Health has asked agencies and units to urgently review and compile the list of priority groups for Covid-19 vaccination.

Specifically, medical staff treating Covid-19 patients, members of the tracking team, staff participating in the epidemiological investigation, the military force, the police force, the community Covid-19 team, staff members taking samples for testing, staff at centralized isolation establishments, and staff directly inoculating Covid-19 by which priority is given to areas with Covid-19 epidemic such as Phu Giao district, Thu Dau Mot city, and Thuan An city. Department of Health also recommends agencies and units to make a detailed list of each priority group to serve the management of Covid-19 vaccination subjects. Department of Health assigned Binh Duong provincial Center for Disease Control to compose the list and send it to the department before 10:00 A.M. of March 4 to report to the Preventive Medicine Department for allocation of Covid-19 vaccine quantity to the province in a timely manner.
