多克隆抗体新冠治疗法XAX-19三期试验和生产技术转让

据越南卫生部的消息,越南卫生部副部长陈文舜与法国南特生物技术公司Xenothera就由该公司研发的多克隆抗体新冠治疗法XAX-19三期试验合作,为越南转让XAX-19生产技术等事宜以视频方式召开工作会议。

据卫生部的消息,XAX-19是专门用于治疗中度病例的多克隆抗体新冠治疗法,Xenothera 以其专有的抗体生产技术为基础,结合遗传学和免疫学领域的专业知识研发了XAX-19。XAX-19的一期和二期临床试验结果显示XAX-19在预防疾病恶化、中和病毒和减轻患者炎症方面是安全有效的。

XAV-19 的多克隆特性对迄今为止发现的新冠病毒变异毒株有效。这种多克隆抗体还具有刺激机体产生免疫反应和阻止病毒进入细胞的能力。这是与用于治疗早期感染新冠病毒患者的单克隆抗体的重要区别。

XAV-19的3期临床试验正在法国、希腊、保加利亚、罗马尼亚和西班牙等欧洲部分国家进行。Xenothera公司总裁杜沃(Odile Duvaux)表示,该公司愿与越南在XAV-19三期试验阶段中建立合作关系,并表示愿意就技术转让进行更深入的探讨,让越南未来能自主生产。

陈文舜强调,越南愿意与Xenothera合作开展三期试验,接受技术转让,希望若试验结果乐观的话,能早日补充增加治疗新冠肺炎的药物来源。

会议后,越南国内一家集团通过AIC Group的对接已讨论具体的内容,准备与Xenothera公司签署XAX-19三期临床试验和XAX-19生产技术转让的合作备忘录。(完)
