Survey on the situation of enterprises using preferential loans for science and technology development

Early June 1, Tran Thi Minh Hanh, Head of provincial People's Council’s Economic – State Budgetary Department led a delegation to survey the situation of lending and using preferential loans from the Science and Technology Development Fund in enterprises.

The delegation carried out a supervision tour at Caxe Thermal and Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. in Di An city’s Dong Hoa ward. This is a company getting a preferential loan from the Science and Technology Development Fund to research and improve equipment, renew wood drying technology using solar energy combined with steam and manufacture, install and transfer new technologies. Currently, the company is borrowing VND6 billion from the Science and Technology Development Fund, within one year term at the 0% interest rate. From the loan, the company purchased materials to manufacture works and transferred a number of contracts. However, the company is currently facing a backlog of unsold products.

The delegation recorded the results of the company’s operations as well as its purpose of using loans and disbursement results...to help the company remove its difficulties.
