60 projects eligible to sell houses formed in future

Provincial Department of Construction has announced a list of eligible projects to sell houses formed in the future. Accordingly, as of July, the province had 60 projects eligible to sell houses formed in the future. They are Quang Phuc Plaza apartment building, Metro Tower high-rise apartment building, Le Phong Binh Duong high-rise commercial, service and housing area...

Le Quang Vinh, Head of provincial Department of Construction’s Housing and Real Estate Market Management Division said that giving information of housing projects eligible for transfer, projects that are not yet legal will contribute to information transparency, stabilizing the local real estate market. This will help people avoid all risks in trading while investors will comply with regulations, ensuring the local urban planning and development.
