The Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) just launched a program named “import-export assistance – interest rates welcome Spring” for businesses with the demand on borrowing dollars. The program will run till March 31, 2011 and offer interest rates of 5.2% per year for export and 6% per annum for import.

Accordingly, businesses will enjoy a capital assistance in US$ for production and processing of import-export products with attractive interest rates. Besides, businesses will enjoy simple procedures and forms of loans.
