Activities respond to the “Clean Up the World” campaign
More than 200 Youth Union members and staff of the company responded to this year’s event themed “Take actions for a garbage-free environment” with the goal of improving public awareness of the issue’s importance and encourage people to discharge garbage at designated places and keep environment clean, while also mobilizing the business community to join the campaign to make the world cleaner.
Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment has also launched the “Green Sunday” campaign in Ben Cat town.
Accordingly, more than 200 Youth Union members actively dredged nearly 200 meters of canals, ditches and collected water hyacinth, wild grass along Ong Chic Sac canal in Phu An commune’s An Thuan hamlet. All contributed to protecting the environment.
