Binh Duong provincial People’s Committee issues plans for State’s administrative reforms in 2021

Binh Duong provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan for the state administrative reform of Binh Duong province in 2021. Accordingly, the plan's objectives are to implement comprehensively, synchronously, and effectively to fulfill the targets and tasks of administrative reform in year 2021, increasing the application of information technology in association with the Binh Duong Smart City project. Along with that is continuing to arrange the streamlined apparatus and effective operations.

The focus of the plan is to strengthen responsibility of the head, institutional reform, reform of organizational apparatus, reform of administrative procedures and implementation of the one-door mechanism, the inter-agency one-door mechanism; to build and improve the quality of the contingent of cadres, civil servants and public employees; to modernize the administration;  to implement online public services at level 3 and level 4; along with that,to focus on strengthening propaganda about administrative reforms; to continue to maintain quality system management according to ISO 9001 standard.
