In the afternoon of November 25, Deputy Chair of Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Tran Thanh Liem received Mr. Ahmad Shanizam Ab Ghani, the Trade Commissioner of Malaysia to Vietnam, Lao, and Cambodia. The Deputy Chair introduced the achievements of society, economy, and culture of Vietnam with special part of investment luring to Binh Duong Province. Malaysia was ranked 6th among investing countries to Binh Duong Province thanks to 74 projects mainly in woodwork and garments at the cost of USD 600 million.The Commissioner informed of the visit purposes to Binh Duong Province as part of trade promotion and investment partnership, especially in field of waste water treatment.Deputy Chair Tran Thanh Liem welcomed the cooperation of Malaysia and assigned BIWASE to continue with negotiation for further cooperation.On this December 9, Malaysian enterprises including Alam Sekitar Malaysia SDN BHD, Allied Chemarts Laboratory SDN BHD, Chuah Valves Manufacturing SDN BHD, PSI Incontrol Tech SDN BHD, and Palm Biogreen SDN BHD shall come to Binh Duong Province to seek for investment cooperation.Reported by Bao Anh - Translated by Vi Bao
