In recent years, the grassroots trade union has closely coordinated with the leadership of Stellapharm LLC - Branch 1 to implement many welfare programs, taking good care of the lives of about 900 workers. The company's leadership always considers employees as "valuable assets" that generate profits for the business. Therefore, the company regularly organizes training classes to improve professional skills and enhance the expertise of its workers. Every year, maintain the organization of training, retraining, and professional development for employees at a rate of 100%. The company also organizes propaganda and legal training for employees.

From the point of view of skilled workers, their income has continuously increased, reaching an average of nearly 20 million VND per person per month, with an average annual increase of 5%. The company has also established a salary scale, labor norms, and a wage payment policy for employees. When creating the salary table, the company consults with representatives of the labor collective and publicly announces the salary scales clearly. Additional allowances such as travel expenses, attendance bonuses, and meal allowances are also well taken care of by the company.

Regarding the Lunar New Year bonus for employees each year, Stellapharm LLC, Branch 1 is considered one of the enterprises with the most stable and highest bonuses in the province. On average, employees receive a bonus equivalent to 3 months of their contractual salary. For the Lunar New Year 2025, each employee will also receive a bonus of 3 months' salary. During the New Year's holiday, employees receive a bonus of 500,000 VND per person. Every year, the company also rewards innovations and technical improvements with 5 million VND per person. The average annual bonus for employees is about 46 million VND per person.

Thorough care-taking

In addition to the relatively high salary and bonus schemes, every year, employees at Stellapharm LLC, Branch 1 are also taken care of by the grassroots trade union in coordination with the company's management through various practical activities during holidays and Tet.

During the Tet holiday in 2024, the grassroots trade union organized gift-giving for workers with a total amount of nearly 930 million VND; organized care for illness, funerals, and mutual support in difficult circumstances among union members with a total amount of over 200 million VND; gave gifts on June 1st for the children of union members; and awarded prizes to the children of union members who achieved excellent student status. In cases of families in difficult circumstances or suffering from serious illnesses, the grassroots trade union regularly organizes fundraising among its members and workers, helping many situations escape hardship and continue to stay connected with the company.

Every year, the grassroots trade union coordinates with the company to organize regular health check-ups for workers; organizes Yoga classes for female workers with foreign instructors twice a week; rents badminton and football courts for workers to exercise after working hours; organizes talks on modern parenting topics; organizes gift-giving for female employees during holidays. According to the provincial Trade Union, this is one of the exemplary enterprises for workers in 2024.

Mrs. Phan Thanh Thuy, Chairwoman of the grassroots trade union of Stellapharm LLC, Branch 1, stated that to take good care of the workers' lives, the company organizes the signing of a collective labor agreement in accordance with legal procedures, with many provisions more beneficial to the workers than the regulations.
