Many students participate in voluntary blood donation

On November 22, Di An City Red Cross Association coordinated with the Dormitory Management Center and Cho Ray Hospital Blood Transfusion Center to organize a voluntary blood donation day. The festival attracted a large number of students, lecturers, and employees of Ho Chi Minh City National University.

As a result, the Organizing Committee received 500 units of blood, each unit 350ml. With the message "Every drop of blood given - A life saved," every drop of blood donated by volunteers not only helps patients in need of blood treatment but also contributes to spreading the message of love and sharing in the community.

On the same day, the Di An City Red Cross Association and the Ho Chi Minh City National University’s Dormitory Management Center signed an agreement on voluntary blood donation for the period 2025-2030.

Accordingly, the two sides committed to organizing regular blood donation campaigns. Blood donation programs will be implemented from 2025 with the aim of not only providing blood to hospitals for patient treatment, but also spreading the message of community responsibility and compassion.
