Update: 10-10-2022 | 12:57:21

On October 9, the Southern Power Project Management Board of Vietnam Electricity (EVN SPC) in collaboration with Binh Duong Electricity Company held a ceremony to put into operation My Hoa 110kV substation project (My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park, Ben Cat Town) and a connection line to Ben Cat Town. My Hoa 110kV transformer station is designed for a scale of 3 x 63MVA, phase I has two transformers T1, T2 with a total capacity of 2 x 63MVA, and 110kV-22kV connection lines with a total investment of VND107 billion.

Nguyen Van Xuan, Head of Technical Department under Binh Duong Electricity Company, said My Hoa 110kV substation will be handed over to Binh Duong Electricity Company to exploit the project meeting the electricity demand of My Phuoc 1, My Phuoc 2, and My Phuoc 3 industrial parks in order to ensure a constant and stable power supply for production of firms.

The efficient exploitation of My Hoa 110kV substation also contributes to reducing the transmission load and neighboring substations, reducing the radius of power supply for important industrial parks, creating a connection circuit between 110/22kV substations in the same area; improve the reliability and safety of power supply for loads in Ben Cat town, especially electricity for production in My Phuoc 1, My Phuoc 2, and My Phuoc 3 industrial parks.
