Nha Nai Rubber Farm: Flagship of Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company

On November 10, Nha Nai Rubber Farm (under Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company) held a meeting to celebrate its 40th anniversary.

Nha Nai Rubber Farm (formerly Tan Thanh Rubber Farm and Vinh Khanh Rubber Farm) was established on 11 November 1982 under Decision No. 692/TCCB-QD of Vietnam General Department of Rubber (now is the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group).

Nha Nai Rubber Farm is always leading in the movement of labor emulation and good production of Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company.

After 40 years of construction and development, Nha Nai Rubber Farm is the flagship of Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company. Every year, the farm successfully completes assigned tasks. Since 2005, the farm has been a member of the “2 ton/ha” club of the Vietnam Rubber Group. Only from the beginning of this year, the farm has completed targets assigned by the company in 2022; is striving to exceed 20% of the assigned plan in 2022. Currently, the farm has nearly 300 workers; the average salary of employees is over 7 million VND/month. 

With these accomplishments, in 2001 the farm was awarded the Third-Class Labor Medal; in 2012, the second-class Labor Medal, and many certificates of merit, emulation flags…
