Optimistic signs

On the first days of the New Year 2022, although the developments of Covid-19 pandemic are still abnormal, the country in general and Binh Duong in particular are getting many good signs when well performing Covid-19 prevention-control and economic recovery-development. This is promising an optimistic new year in the context of the world’s economy still facing lots of challenges...

In recent days, the most highlighted information on socio-economic development is the key projects for the whole region. That was a meeting chaired by the Prime Minister with ministries, sectors and provinces in the region such as Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh city, Long An, Dong Nai, Ba Ria-Vung Tau on the policies of constructing the belt road 3 and the belt road 4 passing through localities... As for Binh Duong, in addition to these projects, the province has started construction and is expected to complete key projects with connectivity, including  Bach Dang 2 bridge, North Tan Uyen - Phu Giao - Dong Phu arterial road, My Phuoc - Tan Van expressway, the projects of expanding National Highway 13, DT.746, DT.747b, DT.734 streets..., creating the momentum for the local socio-economic recovery.

Especially, under the memorandum of understanding on building a new factory in Binh Duong with a total investment of more than US$ 1 billion, LEGO Group has sent leader of the LEGO factory in Vietnam as a representative to visit and work with leaders of Binh Duong province, aiming to speed up the progress of construction of the project. According to provincial leaders, Binh Duong is preparing the best conditions in terms of site, transport infrastructure and energy for LEGO Group to officially operate and will always accompany and create the most favorable conditions for the LEGO Group to work... This is a project with the largest investment capital implemented by a foreign enterprise from Denmark. Once being completed, it will create 4,000 new jobs together with other values ​​created by the influences of the LEGO Group...

Experiencing many losses, due to the Covid-19 pandemic with risk factors, Binh Duong is rising strongly to seize opportunities and be more resilient. From guidelines and policies to projects on economic development, social welfare work is bringing a variety of feelings when the New Year has arrived and the Tet (Lunar New Year) festival is approaching. With optimistic signal in the early spring, it is believed that the province will continue overcoming all difficulties in 2022, reaping greater and more sustainable achievements.
